Return Policy

My physical product has been delivered, but I want to send it back. How should I proceed?

Possible reasons why you want to return:

You wish to make use of your right of withdrawal. Let us know within 14 days after delivery of your order that you want to use it.

When the order arrived to you, the device or accessory appears to be broken. In that case you can choose to have a new device delivered, or to get your money back.

What we have delivered does not match what you ordered. Again you have the choice: exchange or refund.

How do I apply for this return?

Please contact us for the return within 14 days of delivery. Send us an email at the email address support@allthingstalk.com in which you explain why you claim the right to a return shipment.
We will contact you as soon as possible with our decision as a result of your request and any instructions to complete your return as soon as possible.

Consequences of the cancellation. 
If you cancel your order, you will receive all payments that you have made up to the moment of cancellation, excluding the delivery costs from us.The refund will be made within 14 calendar days after you return the goods to AllThingsTalk in accordance with our instructions. We pay you back with the same payment method as you used to pay, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.The return will be made at your expense and at the latest 14 days after you have notified us of the cancellation decision. The goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
