My physical product has been delivered, but I want to send it back. How should I proceed?
Possible reasons why you want to return:
You wish to make use of your right of withdrawal. Let us know within 14 days after delivery of your order that you want to use it.
When the order arrived to you, the device or accessory appears to be broken. In that case you can choose to have a new device delivered, or to get your money back.
What we have delivered does not match what you ordered. Again you have the choice: exchange or refund.
How do I apply for this return?
Please contact us for the return within 14 days of delivery. Send us an email at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org in which you explain why you claim the right to a return shipment.
We will contact you as soon as possible with our decision as a result of your request and any instructions to complete your return as soon as possible.
